These precision threaded sleeves are manufactured by CNC turning. We supply two different geometries as product variants: the stepped coaxial sleeve (003) and the cylindrical sleeve with side threaded holes (005).
Machined from solid aluminum bar, the parts come with precisely formed internal threads to ensure smooth assembly and secure locking. Smooth machined surfaces reduce friction during motion and positioning. We can adjust thread specs, outer diameter and hole arrangement to match your assembly design.
