This flange-type plastic spacer is precision CNC turned from solid nylon bar stock. It features a central through bore and integrated flange base with pre-machined mounting holes for bolt fastening.
Nylon material delivers excellent impact resistance, low friction performance and good insulating properties. It works well as a separating standoff to maintain fixed gaps between components while reducing metal-on-metal wear and vibration.
We can fully customize the overall height, inner bore diameter, flange size and hole layout according to your CAD drawings or physical samples. Multiple plastic material options are available, including POM, PEEK, UHMWPE and acrylic to meet different load, temperature and chemical resistance requirements.
