This stepped cone plastic component is precision CNC turned from solid POM (Acetal) stock. The multi-tier concentric stepped profile is manufactured under tight tolerance control to guarantee consistent fitting and smooth operation.
POM material features low surface friction, excellent dimensional stability and great wear resistance, suitable for long-cycle mechanical movement without frequent lubrication.
We support fully custom dimensions including cone height, step thickness, outer diameter and top shaft geometry. Modifications on profile, surface finish and minor structural features are available based on your CAD drawings or samples.
Our in-house CNC machining process ensures stable batch quality for prototyping and low-to-medium volume production. Material alternatives such as PEEK, Nylon, UHMWPE can also be offered upon request.
