Cette pi\u00e8ce en plastique en forme de c\u00f4ne \u00e9tag\u00e9 est usin\u00e9e avec pr\u00e9cision par tournage CNC \u00e0 partir d'un bloc massif de POM (ac\u00e9tal). Son profil concentrique \u00e0 plusieurs paliers est fabriqu\u00e9 selon des tol\u00e9rances tr\u00e8s strictes afin de garantir un ajustement parfait et un fonctionnement sans \u00e0-coups.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Le POM se caract\u00e9rise par un faible frottement de surface, une excellente stabilit\u00e9 dimensionnelle et une grande r\u00e9sistance \u00e0 l'usure, ce qui le rend adapt\u00e9 aux mouvements m\u00e9caniques \u00e0 cycle prolong\u00e9 ne n\u00e9cessitant pas de lubrification fr\u00e9quente.<\/p>\n

Nous prenons en charge des dimensions enti\u00e8rement personnalis\u00e9es, notamment la hauteur du c\u00f4ne, l'\u00e9paisseur des gradins, le diam\u00e8tre ext\u00e9rieur et la g\u00e9om\u00e9trie de l'extr\u00e9mit\u00e9 sup\u00e9rieure de l'arbre. Des modifications du profil, de l'\u00e9tat de surface et de certaines caract\u00e9ristiques structurelles mineures sont possibles sur la base de vos dessins CAO ou d'\u00e9chantillons.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Notre processus interne d'usinage CNC garantit une qualit\u00e9 constante des lots, tant pour le prototypage que pour la production en petites et moyennes s\u00e9ries.
